Deep tissue massage: Improve mobility and release tension
Deep Tissue Massage is a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and aims to release tension in the body. Some prefer this type of massage as it’s slower but stronger, offering deeper muscle stimulation. This massage is both corrective and therapeutic, and following your session, your muscles will be noticeably looser. Regardless of your level of athleticism, a deep tissue massage has a range of benefits.
